.SYNOPSIS...

Moderate to fresh southerly breezes will prevail through tomorrow
morning. A cold front will pass the northeast Gulf on tomorrow 
afternoon and evening, followed by fresh and possibly strong 
northerly breezes. Winds will be around Exercise Caution levels
towards the end of the day tomorrow and and continue through
Friday morning. A low pressure wave will move across the 
southeast Gulf on Saturday, freshening the northerlies. Winds will
decrease on Sunday, and high pressure will pass across north 
Florida on Monday afternoon. Southerlies will return around Monday
night, as low pressure develops over the northwest Gulf.
